چکیده

The rapid growth in information technology (IT) and the implementation of IT tools has aided hospitals delivering healthcare at an unprecedented pace. However, without proper knowledge understanding software tools, establishments may find it difficult to select best hospital management system solution for their business. In this paper, a problem based on multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) is modelled identify basis thorough analysis every aspect needs required competencies, so that can robust system. This article presents extended MCDM method estimating selecting alternatives using Pythagorean fuzzy removal effects criteria (MEREC) stepwise weight assessment ratio (SWARA). To do this, objective weights subjective are assessed by MEREC SWARA models, measurement ranking according compromise (MARCOS) determines order preference set. Moreover, after in-depth competencies India, proposed designed tool, choose Comparative discussion presented exhibit rationality sustainability established approach prioritize options.

A modification of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets and its application to multiple criteria decision making

Probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set (PHFS) is a fruitful concept that adds to hesitant fuzzy set (HFS) the term of probability which is able to retain more information than the usual HFS. Here, we demonstrate that the existing definitions of PHFS are not still reasonable, and therefore, we first improve the PHFS definition. By endowing the set and algebraic operations with a new re-definition of P...

A New Inaccuracy Measure for Fuzzy Sets and its Application in Multi-Criteria Decision Making

Abstract— In the present paper, a new fuzzy inaccuracy measure is proposed to measure the inaccuracy of a fuzzy set with respect to another fuzzy set. This measure is a modified version of fuzzy inaccuracy proposed in our earlier work. The measure is demonstrated to satisfy some interesting properties, which prepare ground for applications in multi-criteria decision making problems. A method to...

Fuzzy multi-criteria decision making method based on fuzzy structured element with incomplete weight information

The fuzzy structured element (FSE) theory is a very useful toolfor dealing with fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (MCDM)problems by transforming the criterion value vectors of eachalternative into the corresponding criterion function vectors. Inthis paper, some concepts related to function vectors are firstdefined, such as the inner product of two function vectors, thecosine of the included ...
